The evaluation of the participants
Participants of the training evaluated the training as a whole as well as each topic of the training by filling the evaluation questionnaire. The questionnaire also offered participants the possibility of qualitative evaluation of the training.
The overall training was evaluated through marks 1-5 (5 for excellent)
The participants also evaluated the work of trainers by giving marks 1 -5, (5 for excellent)
The participants evaluated each of the topics of the training by answering the questions on applicability of each topic in the following table:
The results of evaluation of each topic shows that not even one topic have been evaluated as not applicable by participants. Further it is visible that topics that are more of practical kind were evaluated by 100% of participants as fully applicable while the topics that were more theoretical were in fewer percentage of participants evaluated as “fully applicable”. We understand this fact as a result of great need of participants for practical techniques and tools that could be immediately implemented in their work with children in shelter.
